Food NewsJanuary 6, 2010 Off the Menu - Blackened Catfish with Cleaned up Dirty Rice from Townline BBQTownline BBQ, an authentic BBQ joint in Sagaponack, is owned and operated by Honest Management Company, who operate Nick & Toni's, Rowdy Hall, and La Fondita. After traveling to Texas and Kansas, owner Mark Smith and executive chef and partner Joe Realmuto decided that authentic Texas BBQ, with a little bit of pork on the menu, was the winning concept for Townline BBQ.
