Bedell Cellars 2007 Estate Merlot Featured at the New Citi Field Stadium

Bedell Cellars has announced the 2007 Estate Merlot is now featured at the new Citi Field Stadium in Queens, home of the New York Mets.

The 2007 Estate Merlot is currently being poured at Acela Club and Delta Sky360 Club. In celebration of this honor, Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek Vineyards are encouraging any Mets fan, or those who recently visited the new Citi Field to bring in their ticket stub to either vineyard (Bedell Cellars, 36225 Main Road, Cutchogue, Corey Creek, Main Road, Rt.25, Southold, NY) for a free tasting.

Bedell Cellars 2007 Estate Merlot
The excellent 2007 vintage produced a wine of medium body and bright color. The nose is solid, more four-square than round in its impression. It is full of intense black plum, blackberry, briar, toast, cedar and a light vanilla note. There are very fine, medium, tannins, and a full mid- palate. The acidity is uplifting and refreshing, and balances a dense core of red and black fruit flavors. This is a long, complex wine - sleeker, and more refined than in years past.
