Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar Introduces New Winter Menu Selections

Aperitif Bistro Lounge Wine Bar, Rockville Centre's first French bistro, introduces a winter menu featuring brand new dishes.

Aperitif
New additions include:

MAIN MENU
*Seafood Salad 14
Shrimp, scallops, calamari, lobster tossed with lemon and olive oil over mixed greens

*Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna 27
With fingerling potatoes, string beans, roasted pepper ragout, warm black olives and caper vinaigrette

*Pistachio Nut Crusted Salmon 22
Celery root puree, sautéed spinach and horseradish beet sauce

*Sole Amandine 21
Filets of sole sautéed in lemon butter sauce, served with julienne vegetables and basmati rice

*Veal Cordon Bleu 25
Stuffed with prosciutto, Swiss cheese and asparagus, mashed potatoes and shallot red wine sauce

*Braised lamb shank 26
In a rosemary au jus over white bean cassoulet

*Beef Bourguignon 23
Beef stew with pearl onions, mushrooms and carrots in a red wine sauce served with mashed potatoes

*Grilled Pork Chop 22
Topped with Gruyere cheese, caramelized onions served with apple-parsnips puree, string beans, calvados sauce
