Chef John Ringle Creates Valentine's Day Specials at Vittorio's Restaurant and Wine Bar

To celebrate the anniversary of Vittorio's and Valentine's Day on Sunday, February 14, Executive Chef John Ringle adds specials to the a la carte menu:

Shrimp Bisque

Appetizer
Taylor Bay Scallops in a Lemon Brodetto

Entrees
Lobster Ravioli in a Truffle Cream Sauce
Porter House for Two with a choice of Caesar or House Salad, served with Cream Spinach and Hash Browns
Grilled Loin Lamb Chops served with Asparagus and Whipped Potatoes
Yellowfin Tuna served with Baby Bok Choy and Risotto
