Valentine's Day Special Menu at City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill

City Cellar Wine Bar & Grill will be celebrating Valentine's Day on Sunday, February 14th with a special a la carte menu.

The menu will be available from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. The special menu items are as follows:
