Holiday HappeningsFebruary 1, 2010 Burton and Doyle Steakhouse Serves Valentine's Day DinnerExecutive Chef Sebastien Margand of Burton & Doyle Steakhouse will serve a special three-course Valentine's dinner on Saturday, February 13 from 5 to 11 p.m. and Sunday, February 14 from 3 to 9 p.m.
Cost of the dinner is $85 per person and $105 per person including wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity. Menu is as follows: Amuse Bouche First Course Lobster Ravioli with Armagnac Taragon Bisque Main Course Alaskan Halibut "Mariniere" with Mussel, Clams, Pomme Chateaux, White Wine Shell Fish Butter Sauce, Citrus Gremolata Dessert White Chocolate Layer Cake with Passion Fruit Curd, White Chocolate Ice Cream Burton & Doyle Steakhouse |
