Burton and Doyle Steakhouse Serves Valentine's Day Dinner

Executive Chef Sebastien Margand of Burton & Doyle Steakhouse will serve a special three-course Valentine's dinner on Saturday, February 13 from 5 to 11 p.m. and Sunday, February 14 from 3 to 9 p.m.

Cost of the dinner is $85 per person and $105 per person including wine pairings, plus tax and gratuity. Menu is as follows:

Amuse Bouche

First Course
Chop Shrimp Salad with Baby Mizuna, Pommagranite, Mango, Fennel, Bonito Shaved, Sesame Spice Dressing

Lobster Ravioli with Armagnac Taragon Bisque

Main Course
Filet Mignon 14oz "Maitre d'Hotel" Style with Yellow Foot Mushroom, Roasted Fingerling Potato, Sundried Tomato, Fresh Basil, Beef Jus

Alaskan Halibut "Mariniere" with Mussel, Clams, Pomme Chateaux, White Wine Shell Fish Butter Sauce, Citrus Gremolata

Dessert
Dark Chocolate Marquise, Pistachio Cream Anglaise, Pistachio Ice Cream

White Chocolate Layer Cake with Passion Fruit Curd, White Chocolate Ice Cream
