The Glenlivet Dinner at Mirabelle Restaurant at Three Village Inn

Mirabelle Restaurant will present "The Glenlivet Dinner" featuring a four-course menu with Scotch flight on Thursday, January 21 at 7 p.m.

The menu, paired by Brand Ambassador Ricky Crawford of The Glenlivet will feature The Glenlivet XXV and the new limited edition Nadurra Triumph. Crawford will also offer presentations and tasting notes for each individual Scotch. All guests will receive a ticket number with their reservation that will be used towards raffle prizes and each guest will receive a complimentary gift from The Glenlivet and Mirabelle. Cost of the dinner is $80 per person. Reservations are required and seating is limited.

The Glenlivet Nadura Triumph:
The Glenlivet Nadurra Triumph 1991 is a limited-edition expression of the Nadurra range of single malts that was released this past November to the United States and will never be released again. Created using a single-source grain Triumph barley, it was distilled and casked in Speyside in 1991 and has been aged 18 years. The Glenlivet Nadurra Triumph 1991 is non-chill-filtered so the final product retains all of its natural flavors. Each bottle is individually numbered and signed.

The Glenlivet XXV:
A new super-premium to Glenlivet's ongoing range, stored in Oloroso Sherry casks for 25 years, The Glenlivet XXV translates equal layers of nutty, spicy flavors on top of the traditional light and fruitiness of their regular blends. Each bottle is also signed and numbered in a wooden box that has been reinforced with limestone and brushed steel.

About Ricky Crawford:
Truly dedicated to his cause, Richard Crawford harbors an unparalleled devotion and fondness for The Glenlivet. Born and raised in Paisley, Scotland, Crawford was appointed The Glenlivet Ambassador in 2007. Crawford's love for the "water of life" was inspired by his father and uncle, who have been in the Scotch Whisky business for more than 25 years. He completed a Master's Class at The Glenlivet Distillery in 2007 and has been traveling across the country as a Scotch expert. In 2009, Crawford was a judge at the Spirit of Speyside Whisky Awards, where visitors worldwide selected The Glenlivet Nadurra as the best 13 to 20-year-old single malt whisky. A natural when working the crowds, Crawford feels honored that he is able to educate the greater public on the history and romance of Scotch Whisky - and enhance their drinking experience to some degree. "A lot of people are pleasantly surprised when I show them that water can make all the difference," he says. "A little bit goes a long way - it can enhance so much in the way of the whisky's nose and flavor profile." Crawford's favorite drink is The Glenlivet 18-Year, also featured at Mirabelle, taken with a splash of water to open up the wealth of flavors lingering just beneath the surface.
