Explore the Alsace Region of France at Nick and Toni's

Nick & Toni's continues their regional menus for the winter season with a new journey to the Alsace region of France starting Wednesday, February 17th.

Nick & Toni's

The special four-course menu featuring specialties from Alsace is $38 per person. The menu is offered Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday all night and Saturday 6 - 7 p.m. The menu is as follows:

L'aperitif
Granier Mon Pastis

First Course
Choice of two:
Soupe aux Cerises
Warm Cherry Soup, Grilled Bread
Salade de Jambon et Gruyere
Frisse, Black Forest Ham, Gruyere,
Mustard Vinaigrette

Tarte a l'Oignon
Sweet Onion & Bacon Tart, Field Greens
Chou Rouge aux Pommes Vertes et Marrons
Warm Red Cabbage Salad, Green Apples, Chestnuts

Main Course
Choice of:
Baeckeoffe
Brisket, Lamb, & Pork Stew, Cloves, Potato Puree
Pintadon avec Choucroute
Grilled Guinea Hen, Alsatian Style Sauerkraut
Coq au Riesling
Braised Chicken, White Wine Sauce, Spinach
