Dining DealsJuly 2, 2009 Harbor Bistro Offers Extensive Prix Fixe Seven DaysHarbor Bistro (313 Three Mile Harbor Road, East Hampton, NY 11937 [631] 324-7300 www.harborbistro.net), now open seven days a week for dinner, offers their extensive $29 prix fixe and $19 Chef's prix fixe every night from 5 to 6 p.m.
The $19 menu, recently brought back by popular demand, changes nightly and features plentiful portions with a choice of soup or salad for an appetizer, choice of pasta, fish or meat entree, and one dessert. The $29 prix fixe menu includes a choice of three courses or two courses with a glass of wine and is as follows: Appetizers Main Course Dessert Harbor Bistro on Three Mile Harbor, a family-owned waterfront venue, provides the most spectacular sunset view in the Hamptons. Co-owner and executive chef Damien O'Donnell, a protege of Roy Yamaguchi, focuses on new American cuisine with classic French backbone blended with hints of Asian and South American fare. The restaurant, which received a "very good" rating from The New York Times and Newsday, takes pride in utilizing local purveyors and will substitute nothing for quality. |
