Fresno Restaurant Summer Deals

Fresno (8 Fresno Place, East Hampton, NY [631] 324-8700, www.fresnorestaurant.com) offers dining deals nightly in summer.

Fresno Restaurant

Every Wednesday there is a 30/30 prix fixe. The $30 three-course meal includes selections from the entire regular menu - any appetizer, main course or dessert - with no supplemental charges and every bottle of wine at 30% off.

A $28 prix fixe is also offered nightly in the dining room until 6:30 p.m. and all night at the bar. It includes a three-course dinner with selections from the regular menu.

APPETIZERS
*Soup of the Day
*Crispy calamari with coriander - chipotle aioli
*Salmon tartare with scallion, radish, jalapeno & potato gaufrette
*PEI mussels with shallots, garlic, thyme in a white wine broth
*Roasted garlic hummus with grilled pita & marinated olives
*Jumbo lump crabcake with remoulade sauce & celery-hearts of palm salad
*Grilled Moroccan lamb & beef skewers with carrot-chick pea salad & cucumber raita

ENTREES
*Roasted natural chicken breast with haricots vert, potato puree & truffle thyme jus
*Mezze rigatoni with Bolognese sauce, shaved piave cheese & white truffle oil
*Cazuela roasted halibut with gigante beans, shiitake mushrooms, pancetta & saffron
*Pan-seared Scottish salmon with sweet pea-fava bean cous cous, tomato harissa sauce, black olive tapenade
*Fresno cataplana - local fluke, mussels, shrimp and Montauk littlenecks, spicy tomato broth, grilled crostini and saffron rouille
*Grilled center cut pork chop with quinoa, haricot vert and toasted almonds and tart cherry gastrique
*Grilled hanger steak with arugula salad, pommes frites and sauce verts
*Pan-seared loin of lamb with melted leeks, fingerling potatoes and truffled bordelaise sauce
*Fresno burger with lettuce, tomato, red onion and pommes frites

DESSERTS
*Warm Vahlrona chocolate cake with nutella-fluff center and hazelnut gelato
*Warm pecan brownie with vanilla gelato, caramel sauce and toasted almonds
*Key lime tart with graham cracker crust and blackberry coulis
