Food NewsMay 13, 2012 Scotch & Cigars Under The Stars At The PatioThe Patio, the signature upscale, yet casual retro style waterfront restaurant at Freeport Inn & Marina, launches "Scotch & Cigars Under The Stars" on Wednesday, May 16 from 7 to 10 p.m.
The Patio at the newly revamped Freeport Inn & Marina is an upscale, yet casual, retro-style culinary destination one mile from the Nautical Mile serving contemporary American fare. The 4,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor patio dining, bar and lounge space sits on Freeport Creek and boasts mid-20th century décor with a Miami vibe from flaming torches to LED lighting. The Inn also introduced luxurious upgrades to the interior while maintaining its unique 1960's architecture while preserving the integrity of its original design. The Patio

The inaugural evening of this monthly sponsored event will feature complimentary passed hors d'oeuvres, Balvenie Scotches, hand-rolled cigars and a live flamenco guitar player. The cost is $60 per person. Guests may also buy individual cigars or bring their own. Regular dinner service will also be available.
