Muse In The Harbor Preps For Summer

The new Muse in the Harbor introduces the 2012 Summer menu and extended hours.

Muse in the HarborNow open seven days, dinner is served from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and until 11 p.m. Friday through Sunday. The bar remains open until 2 a.m. on weekends. Brunch is also served Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. New additions to the menu include:

DINNER
*"Open Faced" Lobster Taco 20
Muse Lobster Salad on a pan-fried White Corn Tortilla Cake with Avocado Mousse, Charred Corn, Roasted Red Pepper, Mango Chutney

*Pesto Seared GIANT Sea Scallops 37
Served on Split Pea "Risotto" with Roasted Roma Tomato Basil Confit and Grilled Artichoke Hummus

*Mediterranean Grilled Sword Fish 38
With Parmesan Israeli CousCous, Grilled Summer Vegetable Ratatouille, Caper, Olive and Prosecco Butter
