Summer Truffle Festival At Mirabelle Restaurant
Mirabelle Restaurant at Three Village Inn launches a "Summer Truffle Festival," every Friday and Saturday night, starting June 22.
Chef Guy Reuge will demonstrate his distinguished creativity while featuring a menu focused on the highly-prized food. The menu will change under Chef Reuge's direction as he challenges his creativity with each mushroom truffle offering. The cost is $50 per person, plus tax and gratuity. A sample menu is as follows:
Lobster Salad, Truffle Shavings, Edible Flowers, Avocado
Truffle Risotto, Confit, Chive-Scented Oil
Truffle-Stuffed Chicken Breast, Pickled Apricot, Truffle-Scented Potato Puree, Wilted Summer Kale
Chocolate "Truffle" Cake, Pistachio Ice Cream, Raspberry Glaze
