Suckling pig on the spit Chorizo sausage Espelette-rub chicken Prawns with herb and garlic Salads and Sides Jambon iberico Red bell pepper salad Creamed cucumbers with cilantro and lime juice Corn salad with tomatoes and jalapeno vinaigrette Selection of olives Smoked tomatoes and squid salad Cod brandade with romanesco sauce White bean salad with Manchego cheese Roasted potatoes with paprika, rosemary and olive oil Desserts Créme caramel Apple galette Pears and plums in syrup Cookie tray Mirabelle Restaurant
