Mirabelle Tavern Launches New Lunch Menu

Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Tavern at Three Village Inn introduces a new lunch menu.

Lunch specials include a $27 three-course menu served seven days from 12 p.m. New dishes include:



Starters
Steak Tartare 8
Potato chips

Tartine of Salmon Rillettes 9
Olives and micro greens

Roasted Beet Salad 9
Endives, Gorgonzola cheese, caramelized pecans and poached pears

Entrées
Steak Frites au Poivre 27
Shell steak, French fries and broccoli rabe with red wine peppercorn sauce

Pan Seared Arctic Char 17
Cauliflower steak, onion soubise sauce, preserved lemons and olives

Pappardelle Bolognese 14
Pasta with pork, beef and veal

Pan-roasted Scallops 17
Spinach, ginger and fried onion rings with Thai vinaigrette
