Summer Seafood: June Cooking Lessons With Mirabelle's Guy Reuge
Mirabelle Restaurant at the Three Village Inn presents June's themed "Seafood Raw & Cooked Menu" as part of the "Cooking Lessons with Guy Reuge" series.
The series is bi-monthly and features recipes to be compiled for a cookbook. June's class will be held on Thursdays, June 7 and June 14 from 6:30 until 10 p.m.
The class includes wine and an informal tasting of the food that is prepared. The cost is $85 per class or $320 for four classes. Each three-hour class is limited to 25 people. Early registration is recommended.
