Food NewsSeptember 6, 2012 The Library Cafe Hosts Wine Tours During HarvestLibrary Café is now booking "Three Chapters of Wine and Dining" tours on September 16, October 6 and October 14 for small or large groups.
Garden Salad Caesar Salad Entrée Chicken Bruschetta Pan fried cutlet with Asiago cheese, tomato, basil, kalamata olive, arugula and balsamic glaze Penne a la Vodka Penne pasta with basil and artichoke hearts in a pink sauce Marinated Skirt Steak Served with crispy onions, spinach and mashed potatoes Cajun Mahi Mahi Served with homemade mango coulis and rice pilaf Dessert Homemade Apple Crisp With vanilla ice cream Soda and Coffee The Library Café

Guests will receive breakfast on the way to the North Fork, tour and tastings at three vineyards, three-course sit-down dinner at the restaurant, and round trip transportation for $85 per person. The tour bus leaves Library Café at 10 a.m. and returns for dinner around 5:30 p.m. Reservations are required. Breakfast includes bagels, muffins, juice, water and fruit on the bus on the way to the vineyards. Tours and tastings will be at Pindar Vineyards in Peconic, Baiting Hollow Vineyard and Pellegrini Vineyard in Cutchogue. Dinner is as follows:
