Food NewsAugust 1, 2011 Fresco By Scotto Pop-Up At The Gilt Hamptons HouseAugust is here and for many that means summer is winding down...but for those that know what's hot in the Hamptons, it means the start of the very first Gilt City Hamptons House.
Taking place outdoors at the Gilt City Hamptons House, a stunning 6,000-square-foot abode, guests will dine family-style and begin their dinner with assorted salumi, cheese and crostini before moving onto the main courses, Italian eggplant and beef short ribs, oven-roasted tomatoes and slow-cooked pork shoulder, and the restaurant's famed pasta with "Sunday Sauce." The Gilt Hamptons House will feature many exclusive events throughout the summer, including dinners and barbecues prepared by the country's best chefs, poolside cocktail parties, hands-on cooking sessions and more.
