Greenporter Roquefort Salad
Satur Farms mesclun greens with French Roquefort cheese, walnuts, Long Island tomatoes and housemade vinaigrette
Seasonal Soupe du Jour*
Wild Mushroom Bisque
Assorted wild mushrooms in a vegetable stock finished with a hint of cream and shaved Parmesan cheese
*Will vary according to what is available at the farm stands
Bite du Jour
SautÃ©ed spinach, manchego cheese and chimichurri sauce
Coq au Vin
Burgundy-style wine-braised chicken with mushrooms served on a bed of truffled mashed potatoes
