Greenporter Roquefort Salad Satur Farms mesclun greens with French Roquefort cheese, walnuts, Long Island tomatoes and housemade vinaigrette Seasonal Soupe du Jour* Wild Mushroom Bisque Assorted wild mushrooms in a vegetable stock finished with a hint of cream and shaved Parmesan cheese *Will vary according to what is available at the farm stands Bite du Jour Garden Empanadas Sautéed spinach, manchego cheese and chimichurri sauce Main Course Coq au Vin Burgundy-style wine-braised chicken with mushrooms served on a bed of truffled mashed potatoes Morue Frites Fish and Chips Crispy Atlantic cod tempura with housemade remoulade and shoestring fries Saumon Grille aux Poireaux Grilled Atlantic salmon filet on a bed of grilled corn off the cob with winter creamed leeks Dessert Course Chef's Dessert du Jour The restaurant is currently open for dinner on Friday and Saturday nights and will be expanding their hours when the summer season arrives.
