Mirabelle Tavern Launches New Dinner Menu

Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Tavern at Three Village Inn introduces a new dinner menu.

Dinner specials include a $29 three-course menu served Monday through Thursday and $32 weekend prix fixe served Friday through Sunday. New dishes include:

Starters

Steak Tartare 8
Potato chips

Black Olive Tapenade 6
Croutons

Tartine of Salmon Rillettes 9
Olives and micro greens

Roasted Beet Salad 9
Endives, Gorgonzola cheese, caramelized pecans and poached pears

Cider-Glazed Quail 12
Apple and maiche salad with apple muffin

Salade Lyonnaise 10
Croutons, bacon and poached organic egg with mustard vinaigrette

Entrees

Three Sausages: Blood Pudding, Garlic and Chorizo 19
Butternut squash puree, parsnip chips and maple sauce

Braised Short Rib Bourguinon 24
Carrots, parsnips, potatoes, pearl onions, rutabaga and haricot verts

Pan Seared Arctic Char 22
Cauliflower steak, onion soubise sauce, preserved lemons and olives
