Father's Day Dinner at Mirabelle Restaurant
Chef Guy Reuge of Mirabelle Restaurant at Three Village Inn presents a special Father's Day dinner menu on Sunday, June 17 starting at 5 p.m.
Cost is $42 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended. Uncorked Sundays invite patrons to bring their own bottles of wines, saved just for Dad, with no corkage fee. The menu, subject to change, is as follows:
Steak tartare and panisses
Heirloom tomato salad
Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog
Escabeche of red snapper and mussels
Seared black sea bass
basil scented risotto, Chanterelle mushroom sauce
Pan-roasted beef fillet
asparagus flan, potato confit, green peppercorn sauce
baked potato, lemon butter, fennel slaw (supp. $6)
Berkshire pork chop over mustard scented gnocchi
trumpet royal mushrooms
