Art of Eating Catering Assembles Aphrodisiac Affair
Executive Chef Cheryl Stair of the premier Hamptons' caterer, Art of Eating Catering will host "Oyster Mania," a Slow Food dinner for Valentine's Day weekend on Sunday, February 12 from 4 to 7:30 p.m.
The dinner will feature a perfect combination of winter's local bounty of oysters, poultry, fish, produce and wines that ignite romance with aphrodisiac power. The cost of the dinner is $85 per person and $75 per person for Slow Food members, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required and must be made by February 8. "Oyster Mania" will benefit the Seedlings Project, an afterschool program committed to teach students about food sustainability.
