Americana Kitchen & Bar Celebrates Most Special Woman, Mom

Americana Kitchen & Bar offers dining options to take mom out all day on Sunday, May 13.

A Billy Joel-themed "Brunch Americana" will be served Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Each entree comes with home fries, bacon, breakfast sausage, toast and one complimentary Bloody Mary, Mimosa or orange juice for $15. Additional cocktails are: $5 for a vanilla, chocolate or strawberry milkshake and red or white sangria; and $7 for Bloody Mary, mimosa or screwdriver. A kid's menu is available for $9 and offerings include short stack pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, French toast and eggs any style. Menu includes:

Three eggs any style: fried, scrambled, over easy, poached or egg whites * Garden omelet with broccoli, zucchini, onions, tomato and Swiss cheese * Americana omelet with bacon, ham and turkey with American cheese * 516 omelet with egg whites, spinach, avocado and cream cheese * Steak and eggs with grilled rib eye and three eggs any style * Eggs Benedict with poached eggs, ham, English muffin and Hollandaise sauce * Breakfast wrap with egg whites, Andoille sausage, spinach and pepper jack cheese on a tortilla wrap * Chicken Soulvaki with grilled chicken, sautéed peppers and onions over pita bread, Tzatziki sauce served with side salad * 516 signature French toast stuffed with bananas, strawberries, cream cheese and maple syrup * Chefs pancakes topped with strawberries, blueberries and banana * Pancakes served with maple syrup and butter * Belgium waffles with whipped cream, maple syrup and powdered sugar * Roasted beet salad with mixed greens, roasted beets, red onion, cherry tomato, sunflower seeds, Gorgonzola cheese and champagne vinaigrette topped with grilled chicken * Chicken Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, garlic croutons, Parmesan and Caesar dressing topped with grilled chicken * 516 sirloin burger topped with American cheese and crispy bacon * Turkey burger topped with sauteed mushrooms and Swiss cheese

A special Mother's Day prix fixe dinner will also be served from 3 to 10 p.m. Dinner includes soft drink and coffee or tea and costs $45, plus tax and gratuity. Menu is as follows:

Crabmeat-crusted filet of sole with lemon caper aioli served with sauteed spinach and mashed potatoes * Steamed 1 1/4-pound lobster sauteed fra diavolo with mussels and clams over linguini * Roasted prime rib au jus with julienne vegetables and baby potatoes * Chicken Scarpiello with sweet Italian sausage, onions, mushrooms, peppers and potatoes sauteed in a brown sauce
