Easter at The Carltun's Palm Court Restaurant

The Carltun's elegant Palm Court Restaurant will host an Easter Sunday prix fixe dinner on Sunday, April 8 beginning at noon and an "Easter Bunny" Buffet Brunch will take place in the Grand Ballroom beginning at noon as well.

The prix fixe dinner in the Palm Court Restaurant is $58 per person and $30 per child, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Jumbo Crab Meat, Shrimp & Avocado Tower
Served with a tomato and cucumber citrus glaze

Champagne Seafood Salad
Shrimp, calamari and scallops marinated in champagne herb vinaigrette

Porcini Ravioli Fonduta
Artichoke and Serrano ham over porcini ravioli with Parmesan and Manchengo cheese

Ricotta Meatballs
Homemade meatballs with a fresh tomato bruschetta

Palm Court Seafood Plate
Additional Charge $85 per table
Long Island lobster, shrimp, alaskan king crab, oysters and clams

Spinach Salad & Smoked Bacon
Wilted spinach with a crispy goat cheese fritter and smoked bacon in a red wine vinaigrette

Chilled Burgundy Pear Salad
Pears, raspberries and walnuts over fresh california greens and raspberry vinaigrette

Colorado Lamb Ossobuco
Braised lamb shank over tomato orzo

Amish Free Range Chicken
Roasted organic chicken accompanied by porcini au jus and polenta fries

Filet Mignon
Grilled filet mignon complimented by a vidalia onion sauce and tied vegetables

Penne Shrimp All'Amatriciana
Jumbo shrimp over penne pasta with lightly spiced tomato herb sauce

The "Easter Bunny" Buffet Brunch is $48 per person and $20 per child, plus tax and gratuity. Menu includes:

Cocktail Bar
Mimosa, Bloody Mary or a glass of house wine, juices, coffee or tea

Continental Station
Assorted danish, croissants, mini muffins, bagels, atlantic smoked salmon, cream cheese and marmalades

Breakfast Station
Omelets made-to-order, French toast, bacon, sausage & home fried potatoes

Italian Antipasto Station
Carver of prosciutto, pepperoni, sopresatta, provolone, fresh mozzarella, melon, marinated tomatoes, artichokes, olives and homemade breads

Salad Station
Mixed fancy leaf greens, romaine, three bean salad, pasta vegetable salad, beets salad, fennel orange, chilled burgundy pears
Presented with blue cheese or Caesar dressing and balsamic and raspberry vinaigrette

Carving Station
Fresh roasted turkey with a warm cranberry glaze marinated roast leg of lamb with garlic au jus served with roasted potatoes and haricot vert

Hot Italian Station
Chicken scaparelli and salmon in a citrus sauce served with wild vegetable rice

Pasta Station
Fileto di pomodoro, vodka sauce, garlic and oil with fresh broccoli, eggplant rollatini

Kids Corner
Macaroni and cheese, chicken fingers and french fries

Dessert Café
Fresh fruit, assorted cakes and pies, variety of mousses, profiterole cream puffs and hot apple strudel
