Foodie EventsApril 30, 2012 Conscious Cuisine Dinner at Rowdy HallRowdy Hall will host a special Conscious Cuisine dinner on Wednesday, June 6 featuring a round table discussion and Q & A with Hamptons Culinary Nutritionist and Chew on This TV Show creator and host Stefanie Sacks, MS, CNS.
Served family style Chopped Vegetable Salad Sugar Snap Peas, Baby Carrots, Radish, Asparagus, Black Kale, Radicchio, Chic Peas & Sunflower Seeds with a Lemon Coriander Vinaigrette Grilled Asparagus Garden Plate Entree Choice Of Local Sea Scallops Israeli Cous Cous, Mint, Asparagus & English Peas with a Basil Infused Olive Oil All Natural Chicken Local Honey Glazed Baby Carrots Grilled Artichoke Served over spring vegetable red quinoa salad Dessert Dark chocolate walnut tart with local strawberries Rowdy Hall

The event will begin at 6 p.m. with a reception featuring hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. A healthy and nutritional three-course dinner prepared Rowdy style by Executive Chef Joe Realmuto and Chef de Cuisine Ed Lightcap will follow and will be paired with wines. Stefanie will lead a round table discussion on making conscious food choices, whether dining in or out, for you and your family. The cost of the dinner is $65 per person plus tax and gratuity.
