Fish & Sips Wine Dinner At Mitch And Toni's American Bistro
Mitch and Toni's American Bistro, featuring seasonal and local contemporary American cuisine by Chef Mitchell Sudock, will host a Fish & Sips Wine Dinner on Wednesday, April 25, starting at 5 p.m. for $85 per person plus tax and gratuity.
The evening includes a four-course tasting menu created by Sudock. The menu is as follows:
Zucchini, basil-lemon ricotta, pine nuts
Sauteed Soft Shell Crab
Smashed plantains, mango-avocado salsa
Torrontes, Reserva Torrontes, Bodegas Nieto Senetiner, Mendoza Argentina
Asparagus, hen of the wood mushrooms, spiced red wine sauce
