Mirabelle Restaurant Sparkles With Long Island Wine Dinner

Mirabelle Restaurant at Three Village Inn presents a Sparkling Wine Dinner on Friday, April 13.

MirabelleFour courses and an amuse bouche by award-winning chef Guy Reuge will be paired with sparkling wines from four local vineyards - Jamesport, Wolffer Estate, Lenz and Sparkling Pointe. Respective winemakers from each vineyard will be in attendance throughout the evening. Seatings start at 6 p.m. and the cost is $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Mascarpone-basil filled crepe, American sturgeon caviar
Wolffer Estate Vineyard, Sparkling Brut Blanc de Blanc 2007

Caramelized sea scallop, ajo bianco, peas and sea bean ragout
Lenz, Cuvee 2005

Shrimp-mousse stuffed sole, cabbage fondue, sparkling wine sauce
Jamesport Vineyard, Sparkling Syrab 2008

Spring baby lamb, honey glazed thumbelina carrots, Thai basil, preserved lemons, Yukon gold potato puree
Sparkling Pointe, Brut Seduction 2002

Raspberry tartlet, fromage blanc ice cream, raspberry coulis
