Mirabelle Restaurant Sparkles With Long Island Wine Dinner
Mirabelle Restaurant at Three Village Inn presents a Sparkling Wine Dinner on Friday, April 13.
Four courses and an amuse bouche by award-winning chef Guy Reuge will be paired with sparkling wines from four local vineyards - Jamesport, Wolffer Estate, Lenz and Sparkling Pointe. Respective winemakers from each vineyard will be in attendance throughout the evening. Seatings start at 6 p.m. and the cost is $80 per person, plus tax and gratuity. The menu is as follows:

Caramelized sea scallop, ajo bianco, peas and sea bean ragout
