Second Annual Dan's Taste Of Two Forks

Tickets for the second annual Dan's Taste of Two Forks, presented by Farrell Building Company, have only been on sale for three weeks and already the coveted VIP spaces are limited!

With last year's inaugural event a complete sell-out, food fans and Hamptons regulars are buying their tickets early for this year's fete scheduled for Saturday, July 14. The event will be hosted by legendary Jean-Georges Vongerichten and apparel designer Nicole Miller, who has been named Summer 2012 Food Critic of The Daily Dan, will join Chef Jean Georges as the event's "Ambassador of Taste".

Dan's Papers is also proud to announce the addition of the Two Forks Outstanding Achievement Award to be given at this year's event. For the inaugural award, Chef Gerry Hayden of North Fork Table & Inn will be honored for his dedication to the local community and commitment to native Long Island produce and ingredients. Gerry has had a decorated career, having run such celebrated Manhattan eateries as Aureole and Amuse before opening North Fork Table & Inn in 2006. For the last two years the chef, passionate about eating and sourcing locally, has been nominated for the James Beard award for Best Chef, Northeast.

Tickets for the event - being held at Sayre Park, 154 Snake Hollow Road, Bridgehampton - are available by visiting www.danstasteoftwoforks.com. Tickets are $150 for general admission with entry time at 7:30 pm and $225 for VIP access beginning at 6:30 pm.

Dan's Taste of Two Forks has once again teamed up with Have a Heart Community Trust as the event charity partner. Headquartered in Southampton and dedicated to providing direct emergency relief to residents all over the East End of Long Island in times of individual and/or family crisis, Have a Heart works directly with dozens of local not-for-profit organizations to offer financial support to those most in need covering an area from Riverhead to Montauk, across both the North and South Forks.
