Venue 56, a new restaurant situated halfway between the Hamptons and New York City off Long Island Expressway exit 56 in Hauppauge, NY, opened its doors on December 9, 2009. The restaurant seeks to provide a dynamic dining and nightlife experience, with high levels of sophistication and energy in a cosmopolitan atmosphere. Executive Chef Marc Anthony Bynum, formerly of Tellers Chophouse in Islip, designed the New American cuisine focusing on creative riffs of classic dishes to complement the restaurant"s concept.
