Executive Chef Jonathan Levine spearheads culinary efforts for Danfords Hotel & Marina. Chef Levine's prior posts include Wynn Las Vegas, the only luxury hotel and casino resort awarded Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond and Michelin's Five Red Pavillions; award-winning Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas; and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Puerto Rico.
A Feast for the Senses
At the new WAVE Seafood Kitchen, Chef Levine applies a "farm to table" concept with fresh local produce and regional seafood as the driving force. Its name plays off the panoramic views of the Long Island Sound seen from most every table. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, WAVE provides a casual, yet trendy dining experience featuring a white baby grand piano and a gallery of photographic seascapes. The chic 40-seat lounge is an ideal meeting spot for drinks or late-night fare while the outdoor dockside deck offers al fresco dining.

Many local activities are within walking distance such as Theatre Three, village shops, paddleboat cruises, sailing, art galleries and fishing. Other nearby attractions such as Splish Splash Water Park, Atlantis Marine World, bicycle paths, beaches, golf courses, horseback riding, movie theatres, nightclubs, county parks, performing arts theatres, museums, and North Fork wineries are minutes away.
