Prix Fixe for Locals This Fall at Muse in the Harbor

Muse in the Harbor offers a three-course Economy Gastronomy prix fixe for $30 on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday all night from 5 to 11 p.m. as well as Friday and Saturday night from 5 to 6:30 p.m.

The following is included in the $30 prix fixe while the rest of the a la carte menu is also available with a supplemental charge.

Soup of the Moment

The Muse in da House Salad
Baby greens tossed in a roma tomato balsamic sour in a tomato bowl on a bed of feathered cucumbers topped with crubled Boursin cheese

Not Ya Mamas Meatballs
Asian-style with seaweed salad and sweet and sour sauce, Italian-style with pomodoro sauce and shaved Parmesan, Thanksgiving-style with cranberry and caramelized Vidalia onion compote, and Swedish-style

Risotto Milanese Lollipops
Caramelized onion and English pea rice balls served with Mama Gs Sunday gravy

Entrees

The Grecian Muse Chicken
Lightly breaded chicken cutlet served with kalamata olive and roast vegetable orzo topped with baby arugula chop salad and lemon feta taziki

Three Little Piggies
Pulled pork with maple spiked mustard on a charred scallion Johnny cake, XXXtra thick homemade bacon served over pimento and cheddar oatmeal, and teriyaki braised pork belly on an apple onion stir-fry

The Vegetarian, also made Vegan
Stuffed grilled zuchinni with Parmesan couscous, giganta bean, cured tomato and baby arugula salad on a grilled artichoke hummus

Penne a la Gene
Grilled artichoke hearts, oven roasted tomatoes, giganta beans and baby arugula over penne with pomodoro sauce topped with Parmesan Reggiano

Desserts

Vanilla Cheesecake
Served with raspberry puree and whipped cream

Grandma Gs Zeppole with raspberry, vanilla and caramel sauce
