Mitch And Toni's American Bistro Introduces Market Prix Fixe
Mitch and Toni's American Bistro, featuring seasonal and local contemporary American cuisine by Chef Mitchell Sudock, introduces a Summer Weekend Market prix fixe from 5 to 6:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday nights.
Inspired by daily market offerings, the $32.95 dinner consists of three courses and changes each weekend. Tax, gratuity and beverages are not included. A sample menu follows:
Bourbon-glazed house-smoked bacon, romaine lettuce, fried beefsteak tomatoes, creamy basil dressing
*Market Vegetable Salad
Beefsteak tomatoes, golden beets, string beans, red bliss potatoes, radishes, carrots, corn, zucchini, feta cheese, scallions, cucumbers, buttermilk-dill dressing
Zucchini, string beans, corn, basil pesto, ricotta salata cheese
*Pan Seared Golden Tile Fish
Zucchini caponata, string beans, brandade fries, basil aioli
*Grilled Organic Salmon
Couscous with feta, mint & zucchini, mixed bean salad, grape tomatoes, basil-tomato vinaigrette
*Roasted Duck Breast
Summer succotash, roasted corn flan, port wine-cherry compote
*Cinnamon Bun Cheesecake
Blueberry compote, whipped cream
*Raspberry Linzer Tart
Almond-crunch topping, vanilla ice cream
