Celebrity SightingsAugust 2, 2011 Celebrity SightingsUrsa Major, Leo and Orion may populate the night sky, but these celebs fashioned a new constellation last week while out and about in the Hamptons:    Friday night saw Howard Stern and wife Beth Ostrosky, dining with Matt and Annette Lauer, on the front porch at Nick & Toni's. Matt had lobster buns and Howard had the taglietelle with shrimp.  Also on Friday night, Paul Mc Cartney and Nancy Shevell dined in a quiet corner in the back room. They shared a margarita, some Balsam lettuces and penne alla vechia.
